Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

Products & Services

  • UrbanMaali offers a wide range of live plants, plant accessories, and related services. While we aim for accuracy, images are for representation only. Since plants are natural and unique, variations in size, shape, and color are expected and not grounds for refunds.
  • UrbanMaali has a network of vendors and reserves the right to pass on the orders to any of the vendor for fulfillment.
  • NOTES:
  • • All Plant will be sent bare rooted without pot and without soil.
  • • For some specific Plants- semi soil, root will be covered with some soil

Pricing & Payments

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment..

All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.

We accept online payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets through secure payment gateways.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across India for orders starting at ₹300.
  • Free shipping is available on orders above ₹1499.
  • Standard shipping times range from 3–7 business days post-dispatch.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if not yet dispatched.
  • Cancellation requests must be emailed to admin@urbanmaali.com with your order number.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of our products, No Returns, only Replacement and Refund in case of Plants and Earthen /Terracotta Pots - only for damaged, dead, or incorrect products
  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, dead, or incorrect Products ( Except - Plants and Earthen /Terracotta Pots ).
  • All claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including text, images, logo, and design—is the property of UrbanMaali and is protected under copyright law. Use or reproduction without permission is strictly prohibited.

8. User Conduct

By using this site, you agree not to:

Use bots or automation for transactions or content scraping

Misuse or disrupt the service

Impersonate another user or provide false information

For eligible returns due to damage or wrong items, UrbanMaali will cover return shipping.

For other cases, return shipping (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.

9. Limitation of Liability

UrbanMaali shall not be held liable for:

Temporary website outages or technical issues

Delays in delivery due to third-party courier services

Damages caused by improper plant care after delivery

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

UrbanMaali has a network of vendors and reserves the right to pass on the orders to any of the vendor for fulfillment.
