At UrbanMaali, we are committed to delivering healthy, fresh plants right to your doorstep in the safest and most efficient way possible. This policy explains how we handle shipping, timelines, delivery partners, and more.

NOTES:
• All Plant will be sent bare rooted without pot and without soil.
• For some specific Plants- semi soil, root will be covered with some soil

🚚 1. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver across India, covering major cities, towns, and selected pin codes. If your pin code isn’t serviceable, our team will contact you after you place the order.

📦 Note: We do not offer international shipping at the moment.

Payment details (processed securely via third-party gateways)

⏳ 2. Order Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days after confirmation .
• During sales, festivals, or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.
• You will receive an order confirmation email and/or WhatsApp message once your order is placed..

🪴 3. Delivery Time

• Once dispatched, deliveries usually take 3–7 working days, depending on your location.
• Remote or rural areas may take a few days longer.

🚛 We work with reliable courier & logistics partners who understand the sensitivity of shipping live plants.

💰 4. Shipping Charges (Updated)

• Minimum order value: ₹300
• We offer free shipping on orders above ₹1499.
• Delivery Partner : We use Private courier services to deliver our products. We use India Post On some locations or Pin codes which are not serviceable by the private couriers.

Legal authorities, if required by law

📦 5. Special Handling of Live Plants

In rare cases of transit stress, we offer support or replacements (see our Refund & Return Policy).

All plants are packed securely with breathable material to ensure they survive the journey.

We ship only healthy, ready-to-travel plants from our nursery.

❗ 6. Delivery Delays

Delays may occur due to:

• Weather conditions
• Logistics disruptions
• Regional holidays or unforeseen events (strikes, lockdowns, etc.)

If your order is delayed, we’ll keep you informed via email/WhatsApp.

🧾 7. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS/email/WhatsApp to monitor the delivery status.
